DC Metro Feb 2023: Enhancing Business Effectiveness through Storytelling
Premise
Business Effectiveness requires deep understanding of business challenges, the people who are impacted, and what solutions look like and do. The ability to mine a story for deep meaning and deep understanding refines and sharpens understanding and assumptions about business concerns to improve concepts, insights about them, and perspectives to guide and control action.
Objective
- Identify the connection between business effectiveness and storytelling
- Mine a story for content related or applicable to business
- Explore the content of the story within context to clarify and deepen understanding
- Launch a go-forward use of the approach
