Governance
The purpose of the Chapter is to promote the practice of business analysis, raise the profile of the business analyst role, and locally represent International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). The Chapter is run by a Board of Directors who are elected by Chapter members at the Annual General Meeting.
The Board meets on a regular basis to not only strategize and take care of general business but also to plan events, discuss guest speakers, and coordinate conference participation.
A list of the Chapter Officers is available. Copies of the executive meeting minutes can be obtained by contacting the Chapter President.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
IIBA Washington DC believes that diverse communities are better and stronger. Together, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates diversity in race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and all protected classes. As analysts, we value all stakeholders equally. Everyone is welcome to come, speak, volunteer, and participate in our community. Everyone will be treated with dignity and respect. Racism, bigotry, and hate will not be tolerated.
The time is now to change our culture, create an equal society, and move forward together.
